Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search tool, the query is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Kane County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and processing of the query.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details you supply as needed to review and answer it. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid government demand.
Information Collected Automatically
